A bottle opener holding structure (2) comprises a main body (1). Two sides of the main body (1) are respectively provided with a first holding portion (21) and a second holding portion (22) which can be combined opposite to each other. The first holding portion (21) and the second holding portion (22) are connected to the main body (1) via a shaft. The first holding portion (21) and the second holding portion (22) are movable relative to each other. The first holding portion (21) comprises a first holding mouth (211) and a first hand-held portion (213). The second holding portion (22) comprises a second holding mouth (221) and a second hand-held portion (222). The first holding mouth (211) and the second holding mouth (221) are used for holding a bottleneck. The first hand-held portion (213) and the second hand-held portion (222) are used for holding by hands. The main body (1) is provided with a threaded rod (5). The threaded rod (5) is movable axially between the first clamping mouth (211) and the second holding mouth (221). Thereby, a more convenient bottle opener holding structure and a bottle opener are provided.
