NEW GENE RELATED TO C5-C8 ORGANIC ACID PRODUCTION, VECTOR INCLUDING SAME, MICROORGANISM TRANSFORMED WITH VECTOR, AND PRODUCTION METHOD OF C5-C8 ORGANIC ACID USING MICROORGANISM
The present invention relates to a new gene related to C5-C8 organic acid production; to a vector including the same; to a microorganism transformed with the vector; and to a production method of C5-C8 organic acid using the microorganism. More specifically, the present invention relates to a gene coding an enzyme related to C5-C8 organic acid biosynthesis, which includes at least one base sequence selected from the group consisting of base sequences of SEQ ID NO:1 to SEQ ID NO:8; and to a production method of C5-C8 organic acid using the gene. According to the present invention, provided is a new gene related to C5-C8 organic acid production. Accordingly, C5-C8 organic acid can be produced at enhanced yield by using the gene.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
