The present invention relates to a vector, the transformed microorganism with the vector, and C5-C8 organic acid production method using the same comprising the novel gene, the gene involved in the C5-C8 organic acid production, specifically, SEQ ID NO: 1 to 8 coding for the enzyme, involved in the C5-C8 organic acid biosynthesis comprising at least one base sequence selected from the group consisting of a gene, and a method of producing a C5-C8 organic acid by the above gene. According to the invention, by providing a novel gene involved in the C5-C8 organic acid produced by using this, it is possible to provide a C5-C8 organic acid with improved yield.;
