The present invention relates to a bottle stopper having a special function for mixing two materials. The bottle stopper having a special function for mixing two materials is described as follows. A storage cup, which is coupled to a boring cutter and has a storage space for storing concentrate or the like therein, is coupled to the inner space of a bottle inlet. A new outer cap covers the outer side of the storage cup and is coupled to the screw threads installed on the outer surface of the bottle inlet.
