The present invention relates to a copolymer comprising thiophene and benzothiadiazole as an electron donor or an electron acceptor for an all-polymer organic electronic device. The copolymer comprising thiophene and benzothiadiazole in backbone thereof as an electron donor or an electron acceptor can realize detection of all visible light by allowing detection of photons particularly in the red region. The present invention also relates to an all-polymer organic electronic device comprising the copolymer. The copolymer comprising thiophene and benzothiadiazole as an electron donor or an electron acceptor for an all-polymer organic electronic device is a compound represented by chemical formula 4. In chemical formula 4, R is an alkyl group having 3-9, preferably 4-8 and more preferably 5-7 carbon atoms, and n is an integer ranging from 20 to 40, preferably from 25 to 35 and more preferably from 28 to 32.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
