The present invention relates to a method for screening a DNA aptamer. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for screening a DNA aptamer, wherein the method can simply and rapidly discover a DNA aptamer specifically bound with a target material and comprises: a target material reacting step of inducing a bond by mixing a random nucleic acid library with a targeted target material; a bound material collecting step of removing nucleic acid which is not bound with the target material and collecting a nucleic acid bound material bound with the target material and nucleic acid by performing a particular separation scheme after the target material reacting step; a recollecting step of recollecting the nucleic acid bound material by removing nucleic acid which is not bound with the target material by performing a particular separation scheme with respect to the nucleic acid bound material to remove nucleic acid which is weakly bound; and a nucleic acid separating step of separating nucleic acid from a finally recollected nucleic acid bound material after repeating the recollecting step for a plurality of times.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
