Disclosed are an analysis apparatus and an analysis method of a user intention using video information in a three dimensional space. According to an aspect of the present invention, the analysis apparatus of a user intention using video information in a three dimensional space comprises: a three dimensional space generation unit to use physical relative positions of a plurality of cameras and video information generated by the cameras by photographing a surrounding environment to generate a three dimensional virtual space for the surrounding environment; a three dimensional video analysis unit to estimate relative positions of a first object and a second object included in the video information in the three dimensional virtual space, and generate contact information for the first object and the second object based on the relative positions of the first object and the second object; a behavior pattern recognition unit to compare the contact information with a previously learned behavior pattern to recognize a behavior pattern of a user operating the first object or the second object; and a user intention recognition unit to infer a user intention according to the recognized behavior pattern based on ontology.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
