The present invention comprises: a lower plate which is fixed by a fixing pipe in the horizontal direction and to which juvenile or adult abalones attach; and an upper plate which is installed above the lower plate and connected by a fixing rope and in which abalone feed is provided, wherein the fixing rope reduces the fixing strength and feed loss of the shelter, and a movement hole formed on an upper curved portion of the upper plate includes a sheltering frame which has the effect of preventing sunlight from entering, leading to an increase in the growth rate of abalones.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
