The present invention relates to a wearable medicine bottle (100), a user state management system including the same, and a user state management method using the same. According to the present invention, the wearable medicine bottle includes: a main body (110) having a wearing hole formed therethrough to allow a user to put the medicine bottle on a body of the user, and a medicine receiving part (150); a cover (158) to selectively cover the medicine receiving unit (150) of the main body (110); a sensor module (113), at least a portion of which is exposed to an inner peripheral surface of the wearing hole; a communication module (115) provided in the main body (110) to transmit information of the sensor module (113) to the outside; an output module (117) to display the information of the sensor module 113 and the information obtained by processing the information; and a power module to supply power to the sensor module (113) and the communication module (115).
