The present invention relates to a process-based project guide method which includes the steps of: selecting a project consisting of a series of jobs; transmitting a supply request for a resource consumed for each of the jobs of the selected project to a resource matching server; transmitting a matching result to a terminal of a project manager designated by a project operator; and receiving information about the result of performing the jobs using the matched resource from the terminal of the project manager.
