Provided are a method and system for directly mapping modbus data to IEC61850 data. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method comprises the following steps: generating a simulation value based on external data; estimating a parameter which a measurement value exhibits through machine learning using the measurement value output from a generator and the simulation value; and mapping data structure of the measurement value with reference to the estimated parameter.
