USER GROUP ACTIVITY SENSING IN SERVICE AREA AND BEHAVIOR SEMANTIC ANALYSIS SYSTEM

The present invention relates to a spatial behavior semantic analysis system for providing a customized public emotional information service by analyzing multi-modal sensing information including behavior image information of a user and environment sound information in a service space. The system includes: an activity evaluation unit for evaluating an activity of a user group in the service space after receiving one of user group behavior image information in the service space and environment sound information in the service space; a positive preference evaluation unit for evaluating a positive preference of the user group with respect to a service provided in the service space after receiving one of the group behavior image information and the environment sound information; and a spatial behavior semantic analysis unit for outputting a spatial behavior semantic analysis result value used for analyzing satisfaction of a service provided with a current user group, after receiving the evaluated result values of the activity and the positive preference from the activity evaluation unit and the positive preference evaluation unit.
