The present invention relates to a rhinoplasty material using 3-dimensional printing, and a method for producing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a rhinoplasty material and a method for producing the same, wherein the rhinoplasty material comprises a 3-dimensiaonl porous biodegradable polymer scaffold coated with cartilage cells and fibrins.
