An ultrasonic vibrator having a piezoelectric element capable of preventing a transverse wave according to the present invention is characterized comprising a piezoelectric element which is configured in a fan shape having a transverse wave preventing unit at a depressed center of the fan shape. Also, an ultrasonic cleaning device having the ultrasonic vibrator having a piezoelectric element capable of preventing a transverse wave is characterized in comprising: an ultrasonic vibrator including the piezoelectric element, a first delivery member with which the piezoelectric element is coupled, and a second delivery member which is coupled with a bottom of the first delivery member; and a housing which is provided such that a bottom surface thereof faces an object to be cleaned, wherein the piezoelectric element and the first delivery member are contained in the housing.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
