The present invention relates to a double crosslinked sodium alginate/polyvinyl alcohol composite nanofiltration membrane, wherein the membrane comprises: a porous polymer support; and an alginate/polyvinyl alcohol blend coated layer having a primary crosslinked structure in which a complex is formed with a bivalent metal ion on the porous polymer support and having a secondary crosslinked structure in which an acetal and an aldehyde group are formed. The double crosslinked sodium alginate/polyvinyl alcohol composite nanofiltration membrane manufactured according to the present invention has excellent chlorine resistance and simultaneously increases water penetration flux and salt rejection, and thus can be applied in an actual nanofiltration separation process by producing in a spiral film module shape and then being applied to a water treatment apparatus.
