The present invention relates to a high concentration amino acid powder preparation using animal waste blood in which an amino acid content is increased, and to a method for manufacturing the same. According to the present invention, pig blood which is not coagulated by adding sodium citrate to pig blood is prepared. The pig blood is hydrolyzed with a KMF 15 enzyme, the pH thereof is adjusted to 5.0, and the pig blood is hot air-dried before being ground, and thereby a high concentration amino acid powder preparation is prepared according to the present invention. The pH, the sugar content, the color degree, and the total amino acid content of the high concentration amino acid powder preparation obtained in the steps described above are measured, microbiologically examined, and compared with a commercially available product to be evaluated thereafter. As a result, provided is a method for preparing the high concentration amino acid powder preparation using waste blood.
