The present invention provides a sea horse cultivating water tank capable of easily removing a suspended foreign matter comprising: a water tank having a bottom and an outer wall having a constant area to accommodate breeding water; a breeding water injection pipe formed in one side of the water tank for injecting breeding water along a side of the water tank to inject breeding water while forming water flow in a predetermined direction inside the water tank; an air supply pipe for supplying air to breeding water of the water tank; a vertical drain pipe installed in one surface of the bottom of the water tank, and having a through hole for drainage in the center; a horizontal drain pipe connected to one end of the vertical drain pipe, and in which a through hole is formed along a breeding water surface in a part meeting vortex formed inside the water tank to drain breeding water; and a drain pipe for discharging the breeding water drained along the horizontal drain pipe and the vertical drain pipe to the outside of the water tank. Therefore, a cultured sea horse is induced due to suspended food, thereby preventing the cultured sea horse from lifting up to the breeding water surface to be suspended so as to be eradicated.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
