The present invention relates to a system and method for trading in a household electrical outlet in reverse order by using the Internet and a communication network for a smartphone, and more particularly to a system and method for trading in a household electrical outlet in reverse order by using the Internet and a communication network for a smartphone, in which a purchased new product is received first and then an old product is sent for compensation. The system for trading in a household electrical outlet in reverse order by using the Internet and a communication network for a smartphone comprises a product management unit, a sales unit, and a reverse-order trade-in processing unit. According to the present invention, an exposed electrical outlet which is currently being used in a house and satisfies an old standard can be replaced by an electrical outlet satisfying a new standard, and thus a fire can be prevented from being caused by excessive heat attributable to electrical wiring, thereby providing an effect in which safe electrical wiring can be ensured in the house.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
