The present invention relates to a beauty care hair brush and a complex beauty care device including the same. The present invention includes multiple functions and allows hair setting and care to be performed at the same time. The beauty care hair brush includes: a brush portion having multiple through-holes on one side; a water bottle connected to the brush portion to be capable of fluid communication; a sterilized water generating unit generating sterilized water by performing electrolysis on the water in the water bottle; an ultrasonic vibrator positioned on one side of the water bottle and generating mist by using the generated sterilized water; and an ionizer positioned on another side of the water bottle. According to the present invention, a hair setting device such as a comb and a dryer is not separately provided but integrated, and thus can be conveniently used. In addition, ion and mist discharge results in moisture and ion supply to hair during hair styling, and thus hair care can be performed at the same time. Furthermore, mist, ion, and hot steam are integrated and can be simultaneously or individually used, and thus care can be performed as intended by a user.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
