The present invention relates to a method for authentication associated with a transaction using a one-time code based on a non-contact medium, and more particularly to a method for authentication associated with a transaction using a one-time code based on a non-contact medium, which is performed by a server configured to communicate with a wireless terminal of a user via a designated path. According to the present invention, the method for authentication associated with a transaction using a one-time code based on a non-contact medium comprises: a first step of checking n (1=nN) pieces of transaction information, input or selected by a user, among N (N=2) pieces of transaction information to be input by the user for a non-face-to-face transaction; a second step of checking m (m=1) pieces of transaction information inquired from a ledger system by using designated information of the n pieces of transaction information; and a third step of generating transaction authentication information including at least one of all the inquired m pieces of transaction information and some of the inquired m pieces of transaction information, and processing the transaction authentication information to be provided to a program included in a wireless terminal of the user.
