The present invention relates to a thermal behavior analysis device and a method thereof, which are capable of concurrently performing a quantitative analysis and a thermal behavior analysis on an inorganic or organic compound sample in a selective condition such as a decompression volatilization/condensation collection. The thermal behavior analysis device comprises: an upper cover flange module which includes a load cell, a pressure sensor, an insulator, an electric heater, and an atmosphere creation gas supply device; a reactor module which is divided into a volatilization region at a low portion thereof and a condensation region at an upper portion thereof, which each control a temperature; a lower cover flange module which performs a volatile material collection, a pressure adjustment, and a gas discharge; and a data collection module which senses a change in a weight of a sample and changes in a temperature and a pressure in a reactor, transfers the sensed change as an electric signal, and stores the sensed changes as data.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
