The present invention relates to a system (100) for managing a movement of an elderly person and a vulnerable person. The system (100) for managing a movement of an elderly person and a vulnerable person comprises: an ultra-wideband radar module (110) to emit a UWB impulse signal to a subject (10) to receive a reflected wireless signal; a conversion module (120) to convert the received wireless signal for the subject (10) into comparable biometric conversion information; a biometric abnormality analysis module (130) to compare the converted biometric conversion information with previously stored biometric base information of the subject (10) to determine a biometric abnormality; a memory module (140) to store the biometric base information, the biometric conversion information, and information for the biometric abnormality determined by the biometric abnormality analysis module (130); and a wireless communication module to transmit the information for the biometric abnormality determined by the biometric abnormality analysis module (130) to an external server or an external terminal via a wireless communication network.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
