The present invention relates to fluorescent nanoparticles and a method for manufacturing fluorescent nanoparticles comprising the steps of: (a) synthesizing a copolymer including a silicon-based compound and a water soluble polymer; (b) preparing a core material of nanoparticles; (c) manufacturing a lanthanide metal complex; (d) mixing respective materials obtained in the step (a) and (c) at a weight ratio of 1 : 0.2 to 1 : 0.5, mixing the mixture with the core material obtained in the step (b) at a weight ratio (mixture : core material) of 1 : 0.5 to 1 : 1, and performing coating; and (e) heating the particles obtained in the step (d) and crosslinking the same.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
