The present invention relates to a multifunctional physical therapy apparatus capable of supporting a high frequency thermal treatment and a low frequency stimulus treatment in which a high frequency treatment device and a low frequency treatment device are integrated within one apparatus such that a high frequency electric stimulus treatment effect using a deep heat generated by a high frequency pulse and a low frequency massage treatment effect using a low frequency pulse electric stimulus can be obtained separately or as a whole. The multifunctional physical therapy apparatus according to the present invention is configured to obtain a unified synergy effect based on various skin stimulation functions simultaneously by using a simple apparatus. A microcontroller unit (MCU) performs a control operation according to a sense signal which is fed back by a use sensing resistance, which is formed by whether treatment conducting members, which are provided in a high frequency output unit and a low frequency output unit, respectively, touch a skin. A multiple safety device can provide various safe and adequate stimuli without incurring pains due to side effects such as an electric shock or a burn, etc. to a patient, when an instant current due to an inrush phenomenon is introduced to the multiple safety device.
