The present invention relates to a bed warmer (10), comprising: a casing (2); and an operation unit (400) having a heating element (1) stored inside the casing (2). The bed warmer (10) has a layer (3) covering at least one side surface of the operation unit (400). The layer (3) contains fabric fiber having a transpiration value in accordance with am evaporative resistance test which is disclosed in an EN 31092 standard indicating at least 30% improvement of the transpiration value of a surface. According to the present invention, the bed warmer can reduce sweat discharged by a user during sleep, and the bed warmer can increase the transpiration rate in summertime or in a state where the bed warmer is set at the high temperature.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
