The present invention relates to an automation formwork segment, a device, a system, and a column construction method using the same for a rapid in-situ concrete column construction. More particularly, the present invention relates to a formwork segment for rapid constructing a concrete column on site, comprising: a frame having a pair of form casings each of which is formed by bisecting a cross section of a column, a plurality of outer vertical frames arranged at a predetermined distance from each other, and a plurality of horizontal frames integrating the outer vertical frames and arranged with a longitudinal distance from each other; a fixed engaging member provided on an outer periphery of the pair of form casings; and a moving means moving the fixed engaging member in a lateral direction to couple and separate the pair of form casings, wherein each of the plurality of horizontal frames comprises a hinge member provided on an end thereof, and a detachment means provided at the other end to detachably attach a divided surface, and is divided and rotatably opened and closed so as to be rotatable on the basis of the hinge member, wherein at an upper and lower ends of the outer vertical frame, fastening ends are formed so that the formwork segment can be assembled and coupled to each other in a longitudinal direction.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
