The present invention relates to a method for delivering a biological material into a fertilized egg nucleus using gold nanowires. According to the present invention, the method maximizes delivery efficiency by precise control of delivery conditions such as the amount or delivery time of the biological material without damage to a fertilized egg and also can manufacture transgenic animals since a foreign gene can be expressed in all blastomeres without mosaicism.
