The present invention relates to a method of constructing a pre-supported tunnel in a mine for completely blocking a circumferential surface of a tunnel from water and, more specifically, to a method of constructing a pre-supported tunnel in a mine for completely blocking a circumferential surface of a tunnel from water capable of forming a tunnel by completely blocking a circumferential surface of a tunnel from water by installing a pre-supporting member in the circumferential surface of the tunnel toward the circumferential surface of the tunnel and performing pressure grouting to be fracturing-grouted.
