Provided are an air purifying dust collector, a street lamp for an air purifying dust collector, and a traffic light for an air purifying dust collector. The air purifying dust collector comprises: a body having a shape of a pipe, and including a flow path formed inside; a first suction part formed in the body, and formed on the flow path to suck air and generate an ascending air current; a first dust collecting part formed on the upper side of the body to reduce flow velocity of the air sucked from the first suction part while having a cross-sectional area greater than the body; and a discharging part formed on the upper side of the first dust collecting part, and including a fan which can rotate by natural wind for discharging the air.
