Provided is an air-purifying dust collection apparatus, which comprise: a pipe-like body having a flow path formed therein; a first suction part formed on the body and the flow path so that ascending air current can be generated by introduced air; a first dust collection part having a larger cross-section area than the body and formed on an upper side of the body so as to lower flow velocity of air sucked in the first suction part; and a release part formed at an upper side of the first dust collection part, including a fan rotated by external wind, and releasing air using the fan. Moreover, provided are a street lamp for air-purifying dust collection apparatuses, and a signal light for air-purifying dust collection apparatuses.
