RNA NMDA Method of determining function decreases repressing function decreases and screeing function decreases inhibition of hippocampus using correlation of micro RNA and NADA receptor
The present invention relates to a method for determining functional degradation of hippocampus by using correlation of microRNA (miRNA) and an N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor (NMDAR), a method for controlling functional degradation, and a method for screening a functional degradation inhibitor. According to the present invention, miR-204 from miRNA adjusted to increase in aged hippocampus reduces EphB2 expression by accurately targeting EphB2 which is an important adjustment receptor. Thus, neuron surface expression of an NR1 sub-unit of an NMDAR of hippocampus nerves is reduced, and it has been confirmed that a decrease in neurodendrite density is caused. Accordingly, functional degradation of hippocampus is determined by using correlation of miRNA and an NMDAR, and functional degradation of hippocampus is controlled.
