Ion Binding Agent for Cement Mixture Ion Binding Typed Polymer Cement Mortar Using the Agent and Repairing Method Using the Mortar

The present invention relates to an ion binding agent composition for mixing cement, which prevents harmful ion from being permeated by binding the harmful ion such as chloride, sulphate, or the like, and at the same time, densifies a surface of concrete when water continuously permeates so as to achieve a water proof effect, an ion binding type polymer cement mortar composition for repairing a concrete cross section desirably including the same, and to a method for repairing a high durable concrete cross section by using the mortar composition. The ion binding agent composition for mixing cement comprises: calcium aluminate hydrate; tobermorite; and brucite, wherein fineness (Blaine) is at a range of 1,200 to 4,000. More specifically, the ion binding agent composition comprises: 15 to 40 parts by weight of calcium aluminate hydrate; 30 to 50 parts by weight of tobermorite; and 30 to 60 parts by weight of brucite. The ion binding type polymer cement mortar composition for repairing a concrete cross section according to the present invention is obtained by mixing 0.5 to 4.0 wt% of the ion binding agent composition comprising calcium aluminate hydrate; tobermorite; and brucite, based on a total weight of mortar. The method for repairing a high durable concrete cross section is configured to fill the ion binding type polymer cement mortar composition after removing a deteriorated part of a concrete structure when a cross section of a deteriorated concrete structure is being repaired.
