The present invention relates to an integrated cooling module device usable in a room temperature condition and an extreme condition. The cooling module device cools a stack of a drive system by a coolant, cools discharged hot water to be used as a coolant, selectively transports the hot water to an extreme condition cooling module having a cooling unit to exchange heat with a thermoelectric element and external air according to a difference between the hot water and an external air temperature to cool the hot water or to a room temperature condition cooling module consisting of the cooling unit to cool the hot water, and moves the cooled coolant to the stack again. The stack can be stably cooled in a temperature zone where an external air temperature has a room temperature condition or a season except summer and in a tropical region with an extreme condition and midsummer regardless of a climate condition.
