The present invention provides a high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) operating device having an output correcting function. The HIFU operating device comprises: a cartridge (110) including an ultrasonic module (113) having a transducer (114) mounted thereon to emit high intensity focused ultrasonic waves according to an applied ultrasonic operation signal, and a memory unit (180) having cartridge feature information stored therein, wherein the cartridge includes frequency offset correction data and voltage offset correction data according to an output feature measurement result of the transducer (114); a handpiece (120) having the cartridge (110) mounted on one side thereof to be attached thereto and detached therefrom, and having an operation switch (124) for outputting an operation signal; and a control module (130) signally connected with the cartridge (110) through the handpiece (120) to read out cartridge feature information stored in the memory unit (180), adjusting a frequency value (f) and a voltage value (V) of an ultrasonic operation signal to be inputted to the transducer (114) on the basis of the read out frequency offset correction data and voltage offset correction data, and outputting the ultrasonic operation signal having the output feature corrected according to the operation signal to the transducer (114).
