The present invention relates to a sample collecting device with rotary boring having the improved accuracy of ground investigation. More specifically, the present invention is capable of raising the accuracy of ground investigation by gradually collecting a sample, placed depending on the depth of the ground such as a sand gravel layer, an alluvial layer, weathering soil, and poor ground, while inducing the sample to be smoothly stored in the space of a storage case through a collection hole while being elevated along an outer wall of the storage case while at the same time preventing a loss of the sample by spraying compressed air, supplied from the outside, to the ground through a supply passage. The present invention includes: a rotation shaft connected with a drill to be rotatable; and a drill head boring the ground with a plurality of bits.
