A method for producing mortar mixed with agar according to the present invention comprises a step of preparing a mortar composition. The composition comprises: 20 to 40 wt% of sand, 10 to 40 wt% of cement, 5 to 10 wt% of acrylic powder resin, 5 to 10 wt% of resin powder, 5 to 20 wt% of magnesia, 1 to 10 wt% of silica fume, 3 to 10 wt% of diatomite, 5 to 20 wt% of calcium carbonate, 1 to 5 wt% of organic pigment, and 5 to 10 wt% of inorganic pigment.
