The present invention relates to a device and a method for reducing irradiation-assisted stress corrosion cracking (IASCC) of a structure generated by neutron irradiation in accordance with driving of a nuclear reactor. The device includes: a heating unit configured to heat stainless steel components of a nuclear reactor inner structure at heating processing temperature and time in accordance with a preset heat annealing condition; and a heat shielding unit installed on one side of the heating unit so as to block heat transfer to primary cooling water from the stainless steel components. The present invention effectively prevents IASCC of the stainless steel components of the nuclear reactor inner structure in a state that the primary cooling water is not removed.
