A coating composition having an excellent heat sink capacity according to the present invention comprises an organic binder including an epoxy resin and a curing agent, wherein the epoxy resin is modified by introducing a silane group into the epoxy resin, and the organic binder comprises 3-10 parts by weight of the curing agent with respect to 100 parts by weight of the modified epoxy resin. The coating composition also comprises: 1-10 parts by weight of an inorganic pigment with respect to 100 parts by weight of the organic binder; and 5-40 parts by weight of a heat sink filler with respect to 100 parts by weight of the organic binder. Also, a method for producing a heat sink plate for an LED lighting to which the coating composition is applied, comprises: a heat sink pin extrusion-molding step (S100) for forming multiple heat sink pins via extrusion-molding, on the outer surface of a planar starting material selected from a metal group including aluminum, carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, and nickel; a heat sink plate cutting step (S200) for cutting the starting material to a predetermined length after the heat sink pin extrusion-molding step (S100); a cutting step (S300) for partially cutting the outer circumferential surface of a heat sink plate having the heat sink pins formed thereon so as to fit a target product, after the heat sink plate cutting step (S200); a coating step (S400) for coating the partially-cut heat sink plate with the coating composition after the cutting step (S300); and a drying step (S500) for drying the coated heat sink plate after the coating step (S400).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
