An energy harvesting method using an RF signal in a mobile system includes: a step in which an AP device at a fixed position transmits an RF signal of multiple different frequency bands, and a mobile terminal at a fixed position receives the RF signal and transmits efficiency information as to the received RF signal to the AP; a step in which the AP device determines a target frequency band having highest energy harvesting efficiency among the multiple frequency bands by referring to the efficiency information as to each of the multiple frequency bands; a step in which the AP device transmits the RF signal of the target frequency band; and a step in which the mobile terminal charges a battery by performing energy harvesting using the RF signal of the target frequency band.
