The present invention relates to a retrofit structure of a wind plant and a method for installing the same, which can reduce production cost by recycling an existing turbine when a turbine having a larger capacity is required to be installed in a plant where an existing turbine is installed. The present invention provides a retrofit structure of a wind plant comprising: an existing foundation; an existing tower; an additional foundation installed outside the existing foundation; and an additional tower installed outside the existing tower, and provides an installation method of the retrofit structure of the wind plant comprising: a step of installing an additional foundation outside the existing foundation; and a step of installing an additional tower outside the existing tower.
