SEMITRANSPARENT PEROVSKITE SOLAR CELL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

The present invention provides a semitransparent perovskite solar cell which comprises: a transparent electrode formed on a transparent substrate; an absorption layer formed on an upper portion of the transparent electrode wherein a support object of a nano-porous structure having a plurality of pores with pillar shapes formed therein is integrated with a perovskite material permeating the pores of the support object in the absorption layer; and a hole conduction layer formed on the absorption layer. The absorption layer can be manufactured based on a solution process. The absorption layer of a complex structure including the perovskite material integrated with the support object increases light transmittance and reduces scattering and reflection loss to improve light conversion efficiency and to be used as a semitransparent solar cell with improved performance.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
