The present invention relates to an inverse opal optical structure, a manufacturing method thereof, and an optical sensor using the same and, more specifically, to an inverse opal optical structure formed into a single particle structure enabling multiple colored patterns by controlling the intensity of an UV exposure and an UV exposure region, a manufacturing method thereof, and an optical sensor using the same. The present invention enables multiple micro patterns through simple processes such as deposition, thermal treatment, UV emission, and the like even though the single particle structure is used. The present invention is capable of improving a resolution of the optical structure by manufacturing a polymer frame having fine patterns with a photo resister. In addition, the optical structure of the present invention is capable of achieving high reflectance and various reflective spectra as an air cavity of which a fraction is high is formed into a uniform shape even in case of a shrinkage. The present invention is capable of widely controlling a range temperature that a structure color is changed by controlling a UV emission region and a UV emission amount or using different kinds of the photo resister used for the polymer frame.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
