RUBBING CLOTH ROLLER METHOD OF FORMING LC ALIGNMENT ANGLE AND METHOD OF CLEANING DEBRIS

A rubbing cloth, a roller, an LC alignment angle forming method, and a remnant cleaning method are provided. The rubbing cloth is dyed by using a solution in which a dye containing at least one of a hydroxy group and a cyan group is dissolved. A rubbing cloth is provided on the outer surface of the roller. The LC alignment angle forming method forms an LC alignment angle using a roller having an outer surface surrounded by the rubbing cloth of the present invention. The residue cleaning method cleans the remnant by using a rubbing cloth or a roller under illumination conditions. They offer the advantages of good cleaning effect, simple implementation, and low cost.
