The present invention relates to a light emitting diode (LED) projector (A) capable of preventing moisture transmission, comprising: ring shape inner case and outer cases (10, 20). The inner case (10) seals LED chips (4) and an LED chip driving-related circuit part (6) forming an LED light source unit with epoxy resin, and includes an arranged epoxy resin injection hole (12) to prevent air from being remained inside and easily radiate heat at the same time, and a penetrated fastening tube (14) to maintain sealing. Since the epoxy resin is injected and sealed by various methods and paths, a waterproof function and moisture transmission caused by air expansion/reduction due to heat radiation of the LED chips (4) are provided to the LED chips (4) installed in the LED projector (A). A diffusion function of LED projection lighting can be easily realized by using one optical lens (8) and an inclined protrusion part (22) of the outer case (20).
