The present invention relates to a method for risk management of food through cumulative distribution by batch. The method for the risk management of the food includes the steps of: storing, by a server, first allergen information including an allergen content by a batch of the food in a database; receiving, by the server, second allergen information including an allergen content of the food measured from at least one allergen detector disposed on a distribution or display path of the food to store the second allergen information in the database; receiving, by the server, a request message for allergen information of the food of which an identification code is scanned from a user terminal, and extracting the allergen information of the food; and transmitting, by the server, the allergen information of the food to the user terminal to induce the user terminal to determine whether the food of which the identification code is scanned is abnormal or not using the allergen information, wherein the first allergen information is characterized in that the allergen contents are independent of each other by different batches of the same food.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
