The present invention relates to a digital forensic image verifying system, in which a photographing device for photographing an image or an image and sound generates a first hash value to transfer the first hash value to a image storage device, the image storage device, upon backup, generates a second hash value in a manner identical to generate the first hash value, and then the first hash value and the second hash value are compared to each other at a predetermined and same time, thereby verifying a state of forgery. Therefore, according to the present invention, the occurrence of forgery in the image storage device upon the backup is determined with respect to the image or the image and sound photographed by the photographing device, so that the image or the image and sound is provided as evidential data for proving authentication. Loads of the image storage device are remarkably reduced because the hash value is checked in the image storage device only upon the backup.
