The present invention relates to a deoxyribonucleic acid-based silver nanocluster showing specific fluorescence enhancement to silver ions, and more particularly, to a method for producing a silver nano cluster using deoxyribonucleic acid having 8 to 20 cytochynes in a chain.Also, by providing a silver ion sensitive sensor using a property of showing a specific fluorescence increase phenomenon to silver ion, it will be useful for environment and medical fields.;
