The present invention relates to a flame retardant polystyrene material composition using a 가-grade bead process type 2 Styrofoam waste material which is difficult to be recycled. The flame retardant polystyrene material composition is obtained by mixing and melting a pulverized 가-grade bead process type 2 Styrofoam waste material containing calcium carbonate (CaCO_3) with an additive mixture containing a non-decabromo flame retardant, antimony trioxide (Sb_2O_3), a heat stabilizer, a carbon black master batch and a polystyrene rubber master batch so as to provide both moldability and flame resistance. The composition is treated to have 4-5 wt% of residual calcium carbonate-containing foreign materials and a content of flame retardant of 14-16 wt%, based on 100 wt% of the pulverized 가-grade bead process type 2 Styrofoam waste material. The flame retardant polystyrene material composition comprises: 80-82 wt% of the pulverized 가-grade bead process type 2 Styrofoam waste material containing residual calcium carbonate (CaCO_3); 11-12 wt% of an eco-friendly non-decabromo flame retardant; 3-4 wt% of antimony trioxide (Sb_2O_3) for increasing miscibility and flame resistance; 0.1-0.3 wt% of a heat stabilizer for preventing carbonation; 0.4-2 wt% of a carbon black master batch which is carbon powder for supplementing flame resistance and ensuring blackness uniformity; and 1-2.5 wt% of a polystyrene rubber master batch for reinforcing impact resistance.
