The present invention provides a deceleration assembly for a roll screen, a deceleration module for a roll screen, and a roll screen having a selective deceleration function. The deceleration assembly for a roll screen comprises: a deceleration module having a main body, and a damping shaft which is mounted on the main body to protrude to the outside of the main body, and receives a damping force for rotation in a first direction and rotation in a second direction; and a selective transfer module which is mounted on the damping shaft and a target object, and has a first end and a second end opposite to the first end. The selective transfer module transfer the damping force to the target object only when rotating in the first direction if the first end is mounted on the damping shaft in a position closer to the main body than the second end, and transfers the damping force to the target object only when rotating in the second direction if the second end is mounted on the damping shaft in a position closer to the main body than the first end.
