The present invention relates to a deep-fried sweet rice cake manufactured by using an extruder and a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically, to a deep-fried sweet rice cake manufactured by using an extruder to massively manufacture the deep-fried sweet rice cake with a constant quality through a simple process in comparison with a deep-fried sweet rice cake manually manufactured through a frying process, so as to constantly maintain the shape and the quality of a final product, and reduce manpower and time. Moreover, not using the frying process, the deep-fried sweet rice cake has low calories in comparison with the fried deep-fried sweet rice cake and provides excellent storage stability against acidification of oil during storage, and can be also diversified by being mixed with various kinds of functional materials. According to the present invention, the method comprises the following steps of: manufacturing a mixture mixing glutinous rice flour and starch; first popping up the mixture; cutting a first popped deep-fried sweet rice cake base; performing second popping; and coating a second popped deep-fried sweet rice cake base with garnish.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
